The people are the only good part about working here.

Minpunten

Inexperienced C-level executives with limited vision. Culture has been abandoned. The "Suck it up" mentality is constantly repeated. Salaries are well below those of competitors. and there are no more opportunities for advancement (before there was constant growth, but with the new C-level executives, the company has stagnated and is getting worse).

Jitterbit has ground breaking technology, and the Harmony Platform is really starting to shine with integration of iPaaS and Low-code; This really uniquely positions us for growth into the future.

Minpunten

We have had a ton of brain drain over the last year, especially in support for the Low code platform. We have brought in some really talented people to assist, but this will always be a concern.
