The team is very friendly and share their ideas and knowledge on what has been working from them so everyone can thrive. There are opportunities to grow in the company. Great work/life balance, this company understands the value WFH has to offer.

Every minute spent here felt like a harsh lesson. One of the clearest lessons was realizing how much work life balance had been taken for granted.

Minpunten

. The workloads are brutally excessive and completely draining. . Employees are constantly expected to complete far too much work in far too little time. . Work life balance is treated like a joke and is not respected at any level. . Personal boundaries are routinely ignored with constant pressure to take on more and more work. . The demands feel never ending with no real relief or pause.
