A lot of the older reviews reflect a completely different chapter of the company under prior leadership. That team is no longer here. The current leadership truly understands the recruiting business and is fully invested in moving the company forward in a positive way. There’s a renewed sense of direction, accountability, and teamwork that’s been refreshing to see. What I appreciate most is that people genuinely care — about the candidates we place and the clients we serve. Whether it’s Healthcare, Contract Staffing, or Direct Hire, there’s real effort behind making strong matches and doing things the right way. It’s encouraging to be part of a company that’s focused on growth, integrity, and long-term success.
