If you’re even remotely involved, brace yourself for a severe public browbeating by the CEO over Google Meet. Yes, a significant amount of manhours are set aside for his power-tripping theatrics. Customer success? A one-man show with implicit KPIs on overpromising on deliverables, juggling unrealistic timelines and buying time with well-crafted apologies. Sound anecdotal? The recent mass Exodus should speak for itself.
