Great place for a young professional to get their feet wet, coworkers always there to help, management invests in your career growth, there’s flexibility when working from home, excellent work/life balance, and leadership actively listens to employee feedback.

Minpunten

Salary increases/raises aren’t competitive, there’s a high turnover rate amongst sales, multiple reorganizations have occurred in my 3 years, limited promotion opportunities, and it’s a boys club.

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Minpunten

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
