Leadership is clueless. No change management going on in any coherent way. There is no true innovation going on, company is stale and is now forced to go into cost cutting mode to keep making quarterly earnings numbers in the hope that investors will gain interest in the company. More splitting up of assets coming, is this a private equity play taking place behind the scenes?

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
