Pluspunten

Good basic pay. Uncapped commission if you can hit target. The graduate sales team were a laugh

Minpunten

Profoundly unprofessional, hysterical incompetence throughout the business and unprecedented bias/favouritism. Management give unbelievably low targets to their friends and outlandishly high, unjust and unfair targets to everyone else. Very archaic and old school approach to business. No modernisation attempts at all. No cohesion or synergy between departments so everything is a battle. Systems are painfully slow. The "ground team" (engineers and installation team) are desperately short staffed/un trained so when you do make a sale, it either doesn't get installed or goes completely wrong. Customers left furious at the laughable efforts and end up going to a competitor

Pluspunten

Decent base pay and fast paced work makes the days go by quickly. Lately the company has been actually investing in their new product lines ever since Joakim became our CEO.

Minpunten

The compensation is lacking. No bonuses whatsoever for senior level engineers even when they're recognized as a key contributor on the team. We are given our 401k match on March 1st to cover the previous year's matches so you lose out on a lot of the year's market gains. The healthcare coverage is mediocre at best for a fortune 500 company. The raises are still given like it's 2018; 3% is considered a "good" merit increase. This is due to the "forced distribution" merit increase system where only "so many" people can receives "above expectations" raises.
