Zero autonomy. - Engineering work used to be done by local team, but now it is outsourced to a certain country. - For every project you handle, there are at least 5 directors who will think you are a imbecile for what you are doing. - Every quarter there will be restructuring and movements within the company. Indirectly changing the goal post of your political game. - For every one thing you do, there are 5 internal processes to get approval. - Would always rather hire external employees to become upper management, than to promote existing employees. Probably existing employees are useless to the company.
