Reasonable salary , Good vacation , Nice working place/building, nice golf outing, well organized employee meeting, good bonus and salary for share holders.

Minpunten

Too many stupid employees, Poor management , no new development, no new technology, well maintained old internal spec, no focusing customer expectations
