Minpunten
All good seniors who were working here, someone about 15 years, someone about 10, someone about 7-8 yrs are leaving or already left. This definitely signals something. While they are leaving, not all of them received a good gesture of their loyal and long-dedicated, hard-earned gratitude from the founders. For someone, on Wed there was an all-hands and his movement was announced, but the same gesture didn't happen for the most impressive senior who left all of a sudden. No new good projects, rather they were running on staff-augs, of which major accounts are getting closed and are not increasing at all. A salesperson asked to leave because the account was not growing, whereas when the same client was asking for resources, management refused to fulfill the requirements, such a great strategy. The majority of pool employees were laid off last year instead of getting assigned to new projects. This is because they got mostly no new or very tiny new work. Advice to current team members: I heard the company is moving a new location, so keep an eye open. If the company is moving in big space, increasing demands for parking space, then the company is doing well (which doesn't seem the case as of now), and if it moves in smaller space, with less parking space, then think about it. Don't get fooled by the excuses around it. Moreover, current and upcoming increment cycles do reflect the business situation, so think about your future.
