Hi , i was worked there as a engineer.At 1st I gained lot of positivity and responsibilities while i am working there. But after sometimes there is lot of confusions and incompetence in the project work. there is no team work in the project i have worked. We engineers were expecting a good support from the organisation but,we faced direct opposite. A manager was always in a way of thinking to earn more profit without thinking about his team whether they are ok with it or not. As a role of manager he needs to support and motivate his team at any cost. But you can't expect this from here!. As a good team management we can share our ideas and thoughts to develop the project...but here there is no one ready to hear your thoughts.Atleast If someone got what you are saying is like talking to a brick wall!
