Pluspunten
There are a ton of positives to working at JumpSearch, I'm not sure if I can fit them all.
- It all starts with the leadership, Eric and Michelle both exemplify strong leadership qualities
- They won't take just any client, part of their success stems from which clients they choose
- Eric and Michelle know a ton of people and know how to network, we always go out and have a good time
- JumpSearch appreciates their employees and enjoys taking them out, either to celebrate or just because
- I was somewhat new to recruiting, I gained a ton of experience from working with Michelle who has years of experience and a great mentor
- The company culture is that of a start up tech company, they are less numbers driven like the corporate recruiting. The end goal is to make placements, build relationships, and have fun!
- The pay is very competitive for the industry, the structure depends on experience and placements
- The clients they choose to work with are very easy to sell. They are mostly up and coming tech companies with a lot of funding, growth, and opportunities
- I had an amazing time at JumpSearch. I noticed how much the company grew within the year I was with them. Even more so how much I have grown which was due to the mentoring and leadership of Eric and Michelle.
Minpunten
Not much I can think of in regard to cons. Since I was a contract employee, I didn't receive benefits. Though both Eric and Michelle had approached me a handful of times to see if I wanted to become full time and what that would look like.
