Minpunten

Management is poor, no work life balance. They talk about the colleague experience, however they don't walk the walk. 60 hour work weeks are common and expected. If your not in one of the "clicks" you are doomed from the start. They got rid of the performance review process and replaced it with Conversation day. Relative laddering is a joke. It is a rating system and the person with the most clout at the table can bump you down the latter.
