Great sales management, and communication is extremely open from C-level all across the board. Young company, but still has the feel of a very established bigger company in terms of procedure and resources. Even when procedures and resources change, you don't feel out of the loop on what is going on. Lots of growth opportunity! Management is always innovating product, and listening to sellers/AMs on what the market needs and wants.

Communication is very open, but can be a little chaotic at times - all part of a growing company, though.

Great leadership, great people, fantastic product, very cool office (with a bar in it!). Word hard, play hard environment as a lot is expected out of you (and rightfully so).
