Good place to learn. Ok for entry level position. No need to stay extra hours in QC.

No professional culture. Worst Upper Management. No proper way of communication. No recognition or appreciation, Forced to stay extra hours including saturday.

Since receiving this comment in 2014 KVK Tech has made many strides in addressing both the pros and cons you shared with us. We have developed a mentor program to help new employees (not just entry level) assimilate into our culture, we have developed both internal and external training program to enhance our management training skills and have invested in our employees development by provide English as a second language training right here at our facility. Additionally, we have filled key management roles as part of our long term growth strategy.

The company offers solid training and has high quality standards. I like the level of structure and organization in production. Managers outline responsibilities and expectations clearly. There’s a good deal of variety – it’s not the type of manufacturing job where you simply stand in one place doing the same thing all day. I’m improving my technical skills and learning a lot about pharmaceutical systems.

Even small mistakes can lead to delays, and it’s tough to stay focused all the time.

Hands-on experience with inspections and documentation every day, learning quickly. I’ve gained experience performing visual and physical inspections while ensuring products meet specifications. Helpful team, especially when getting used to SOPs and batch records. Solid benefits, including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.
