Loved the type of the work the company does.

Minpunten

No good on-onboarding when starting with the company. The provision models are complex and there is no training when you start. It takes longer to get work done due to complexity of the model which leads to unhappy partners. Some partners are polite and nice to work with while others are outright rude and need to work on basic courtesy.

Like many firms in public accounting, workloads can become heavy during peak seasons, and busy periods may require longer hours to meet deadlines. Some processes and systems could be more streamlined, which occasionally creates inefficiencies. Communication between departments can sometimes be inconsistent, leading to delays or the need for follow-up. Advancement paths exist, but timelines may feel slower depending on department needs and timing. While the overall environment is positive, there can be variability in management styles across teams, which can affect day-to-day experience.
