Pluspunten
None currently, used to be very flexible and easy to work for. No longer.
Minpunten
Once Covid ended the flexible nature of the company went out the window. They now fire people for not falling in line. Asking hard questions in company town halls. Will often say they are a "Bottom Up" company, that they value the input and knowledge of all employees. Then fire those people for not falling in line and providing constructive criticism Leadership is horrendous. If they are not incompetent they are micromanaging you daily. This is despite another company saying, "act as entrepreneurs, treat your desk like your small business." What they mean by that is work extremely hard like you own the business but with none of the pay or benefit of actual ownership. They fight you tooth and nail on pay raises, which are not regular or scheduled. Time served, inflation or positive performance reviews are not valid reasons for even a modest pay increase. I have much more I could say, but in short this company will squeeze the life out of you and ask you to smile while they do so. Not to mention its owned by a very conservative politically active family (Koch brothers), which absolutely bleeds into the company culture. Its a shame because I used to enjoy working here, but they promoted yes men/women who fall in line and don't care about the employees they oversee.
