Was able to dip my toes into several practices and get a basic feel for how they operate. Was very insightful to see how all the pieces work together. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

Sometimes it felt like there wasn’t much to do.

There USED to be a great team and leadership. But they let the good ones all go or pushed them out.

Upper management did not fully realize the talent they had and began disassembling the team in an unprofessional manner. Making promises to clients and NOT being able to deliver sets the workers up for failure. Lack of engagement with the engineers, not setting proper expectations. Putting unfamiliar workloads on people and expecting them to just "figure it out" at the clients expense. Very unprofessional in communicating.
