While you initially receive a voucher you soon have to buy more clothes if they sell out in your particular store. This means that you can lose money or barely break even while working here if you are a casual employee. You are required to wear heels while working. This is not only sexist and outdated but unsafe. Frequently employees climb ladders in stock rooms in high heels so not be reprimanded for taking too long. Employees complain of health issues and pain as a result. The company often encourages passive-aggressive feedback like telling women they must smile more, or they walk incorrectly.
