I have been working as junior corporate lawyer in KPMG for two years in Barcelona, and I'd recommend the experience to young graduates as it is a place where you can learn a lot. Main advantages (to mention some): - Exceptional colleagues, willing to help each others and to work together; - Opportunity to get involved in many projects at the same time and LEARN a lot; - Opportunity to grow quickly within the entreprise; - Close and familiar treatment with senior managers, directors and partners.

Good Benefits - Get the week of the fourth of July and the week of Christmas off every year.

Minpunten

They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
