Compensation is in line with three other "big four" firms and includes an excellent benefits package include health, dental, fitness reimbursements, etc. There is a strong culture in place with plenty of opportunity for personal and professional development.

The nature of public company auditing means that depending on the clients you serve there is basically no work life balance from December to March (if you serve retail clients with Dec 31 YE). you can easily end up working 12-16 hrs a day six days a week during that period. Considering the hours worked, base pay is not in line with can be earned in industry, and bonuses are almost non-existent until you make manager.
