The national training was great - it's like spring break for auditors. I met some great people here and there.

Minpunten

Politics and immature peer pressure. It seems like getting drunk is the only sign to show that you are having a great time in after-busy-season party/xmas party/sign-off party. It was like college round 2. And of course, if you are friend with someone, you are always safe from layoff.

Good Benefits - Get the week of the fourth of July and the week of Christmas off every year.

They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
