Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback, and also highlighting the things you enjoy about working at KREATIZE. We value all input and constantly evaluate how we can create a better environment for every kreator. At the same time we understand that we cannot meet everyone's expectations, thus I would like to address the negative points that you bring up to help anyone evaluating a career at Kreatize decide if this is the place for them.
Kreatize is a fast paced, high performing and international workplace. We are proud of our team and we love to transform an industry from its core with kreators committed to our mission: “Manufacturing the World Loves”. With this in mind please find an answer to the points you raised:
Constantly challenging the status quo is what has allowed us to establish our position building technology in manufacturing that sets us apart from our competitors. The tech team has built incredible solutions over the past 5 years that transform the way people manufacture. We value the time of every kreator as their most precious possession and this is why colleagues might skip meetings if they do not help them and they don’t believe they can contribute anything to it and as long as this is communicated in a timely manner. We believe in giving every Kreator the autonomy to prioritize their time and trust that they will make the right decision in prioritization to deliver the highest impact for themselves and Kreatize.
We constantly try to improve our communication and unfortunately the volume of messages in our Slack, combined with the amount of messages sent in private channels and direct messages, lead to delays in responses. We have introduced different measures to ensure that all topics are addressed, such as shifting tasks as processes to ticketing systems, and shifting communication to public channels. We also provide different ways to reach out to the leadership, we have open rooms that allow us to communicate immediately when needed, and during corona, we have offered the possibility to call, submit queries through officevibe or any team member.
We constantly monitor the mood of the team and act when needed. We have tools in place such as officevibe and now weekly team thermometers. What is even more, we are fully transparent with the results, every kreator has access to dashboards, reflecting trends and individual categories and how we are doing on them, such as ambassadorship or wellness at the company. Corona and different actions derived from it, such as home office and clear focus, had an impact in the mood of the company.While we know the mood in some teams has been negatively affected as we restructured some areas to keep a razor focus on our mission, we continue to work hard to address the topics raised, and we are very happy to have been able to steer the company back into a great position with happiness trending at top levels.
I am highly disappointed that our company did not make you feel valued as a person, and that you even hint towards “Public Shaming”. We strive to look into the person behind every kreator and accommodate their needs as much as possible. We have multiple forums where any disrespectful behaviour can be flagged and great people constantly looking into the wellbeing of our employees across all offices and identifying ways to support everyone.
We have (even before corona) an extremely flexible work from home policy. We constantly explore what kind of benefits we can provide, from discounted public transport tickets, to bike leasing, gym memberships, language courses, regular breakfasts, closing the week in a relaxed environment and all kinds of carbonated and fresh beverages in the office. We organize regular team events, constantly ask for feedback and are open to go out of our way to accommodate individual needs. For instance, we offer the opportunity of working for longer periods of time from your home country, and combine vacation and home office, even when time zones might be an obstacle for teamwork. We are constantly challenging our compensation strategies and want every kreator to see the impact, the value they generate and ultimately benefit from the success of the company. Additionally, the level of transparency and accessibility offered to every kreator, allow us to have open and honest conversations at all times..

Being a currently active employee (as per your glassdoor profile) I can only try to understand the frustration and impotence you must have felt that led you to address these issues in a public forum.
