Nepo baby, moody baby, post turtles for top management. Top Managements filled with political-savvy people and not the one with competence. The career path is unclear, its ladder has uneven rung distance, the closer you are to the top, the higher the favoritism. Despite being publicly listed company, the family still has a strong grip on the management and has none of the value, brain, or competence they demand employees to have. The end product is top management who are safe-players, cut costs whenever possible, consider employees as stepping blocks to squeeze, squash, or sweep away as long as they have their high-and-comfy position safe and sound. No work-life balance, workload is pushed to the brim of everyone, permanent workers are swapped with contractual workers or (if possible) daily workers. How to get the best of people, when there is no future, no safety and no guarantee? That's where the middle management comes in to take all the responsibility, workload, and blame. Just work here for temporary, get enough experience and get out to get better paying job, position, and career path elsewhere. This is not the company that appreciates their employees for the long run.
