It's a vocation - be prepared to work hard and strive for greatness. Don't expect the finished article - Kalo has grown crazy quickly in 3 years and that comes with having to sacrifice some things.

Kalo is really building something that is needed on the market by both companies and freelancers. It’s easy to believe in this product because it is in fact, amazing. Leadership is young but smart and driven. Office culture is incredibly collaborative, friendly and supportive. It’s an exciting place to be. I have a very direct impact on the product, my voice is heard and I’m not being limited with what I want to accomplish.

This is a startup so don’t expect flossy perks like at large tech companies. But maybe one day:)
