The company is developing truly differentiated tech that will make a real difference for our customers. Honestly better that several enterprise companies I've worked for. And the unlimited PTO is not lip service. Most importantly to me, I had a personal situation come up and my boss said "take the time you need." And she really meant it. I've seen the opposite, and I can't put a price on understanding management and culture.

Like the title alludes to, as hiring ebbs and flows, so too does the demand for our product. We're getting better about forecasting and sizing deals, but usage-based billing is a challenge. Yet, it's what the industry expects and demands. Leadership can be indecisive and under-communicative. I see this starting to improve, though.
