Good engineers, but forced into poor engineering practices via emphasis on speed. “Fake it till you make it” as a product strategy. Very immature processes, extremely poor meeting culture, top-down management style, inconsistent chaotic planning due to lack of vision.

Diversity and inclusion are there. Fully remote setup offers a high level of flexibility and autonomy, with trust given to employees to manage their work independently. Work-life balance is generally healthier than in many AdTech companies, and the overall atmosphere feels respectful and sustainable.

Like many startups in the AdTech space, long-term stability can feel uncertain due to market competitiveness and business pressure. Compensation and benefits are decent but not particularly strong compared to other companies on the market, especially more mature startups.
