Some of the employees are very nice.

Minpunten

Family members who run the company have no idea on how to run a company. Antiquated equipment, no investment for new capital equipment. No wonder they are not getting new business. Even all the furniture is antiquated. Nepotism, micro-managing, low morale, and fears of losing their jobs because of all the layoffs over the years. Pay and benefits very poor; they hire people who don't have jobs so that they can pay them low salaries. Also, NO training given to the employees. Very cheap!!!

Pluspunten

They work with legacy and new systems, good if you want to get into aerospace. They do multiple projects for interns and you can pick and choose which interest you and what do you want to do. You can even go out of your ur way and do other stuff outside of the official projects if you want more exposure to something specific or if you want more experience in your resume.

Minpunten

Right now they really want to focus on AI and Physics. So more opportunities for those majors, maybe even EE, not so much for ME nowadays.
