Great management, positive attitude, work at Costco with friendly employees, good exercise, get to work with fresh flowers.

The pay should be competitive with what Costco employees make. Alot of lifting, sometimes you'll have bad product tha needs to be reworked

The flowers and customers were great.

My manager scheduled me for three half days of training. My first Saturday was a huge delivery and I was by my self. They should always have two people on delivery days. You are supposed to follow a schematic, but the flowers aren't what you need to follow the schematic. Costco employees would put flowers in the coolers where you can't get them. And, a handful of Costco employees are horrible. I could not deal with the knuckle dragging & ;foul mouths they have, and no one does a thing. For 16 an hour it wasn't worth it. I have to say, if I was left alone to do my job, it would have been a nice part time job. But I cringe to think how the holiday seasons will be
