Pas d'avantages particulier. Planning de travail mal gérée et total irrespect de la vie et contraintes perso des salariés.

Minpunten

A Paris, pas de participation au frais de transport, pas de ticket restaurant ou frais repas, mutuelle toute pourrie qui ne couvre rien. Boite sans grosse ambition. A mon départ, le dirigeant sucre mon variable (20% qui est vendu comme étant le package salarial au recrutement) alors que mes objectifs fixes sont atteints à mon départ. L'explication : c'est la politique RH du groupe : on ne paie pas le variable aux personnes qui quittent l'entreprise. C'est honteux d'agir comme ca pour une boîte qui prétend etre une DSP. Soyez vigilant a votre départ.

I found that the support from corporate was great. They were present and responsive when there were questions or issues. The team on the ground was the best!

I enjoyed my coworkers. I also enjoyed learning about the software and the position. I learned a lot there!

When I came in, it was because they needed someone ASAP who was capable of adapting quickly, and I did (which surprised even me since it's chaotic over there). They appraised me for my performance so much because the candidate who came before me stayed less than a week. The position was challenging, but I was not afraid and preferred it that way!! I thought I had the job because there was no indication otherwise. I had another offer, and before rejecting that offer, I double-checked my performance, and everything was good!!! Guess what, they were just buying time for the candidate they selected within, I thought it was because of my performance, but they asked me to train that person so, it was not performance-based but corporate games.
