Pluspunten
- Amazing learning experience, especially in such an exclusive brand (it was really interesting to understand how it all works behind the scenes) - No coffee runs/deliveries (it was a little bit more hands on than typical fashion internships) - "Come as you are" culture (you can dress however you want and be who you are)
Minpunten
- Unpaid (and really bad pay/benefits for full times employees) - no compensation for transportation or food. - Ungodly hours- we were expected to be there at 8:30-9AM and we would leave every day around 7:30PM. We were not given time for lunch- we were expected to work in front of the computer while eating our food (if we went out we felt judged). - No evaluation to know how we're doing. - No samples or discounts on clothes.
