Classic good ole boys club organization. Managers don’t communicate with each other or other employees. Organization likes to talk about how great it is, but doesn’t realize to be great you have to do more than just talk. Likes to tout its values, but again, does nothing actionable to back up them up. If you get hired on here, plan on no work life balance (Paid time off policy is pitiful) not getting regular reviews or pay increases ( though it’s promised you will), and knowing that you could come into work one day and be fired because everyone is replaceable.
