Kewill is an industry leader, and an international competitor. The benefits packages are excellent. Management recognizes employees when they do well in both meetings and in quarterly updates.
Minpunten
There aren't really any bonus programs or equity packages. There are limited offices in the US and the information isn't shared across all divisions. Typically meetings only go over what is happening within your corner of the company. Also, there isn't a good balance of work and life. Often, management would require changes in shift on short notice due to staff shortages or issues with weather. Further, since there were staffing issues, the workload was rather large. Plus, there were several seasons that were much busier than others which impacted the time that staff was allowed to take off for vacation; however, the entire company did not follow this policy. This could result in necessary resources not being available during peak times.
