As a new professional in this industry, maybe I was naïve signing this contract, but I want to warn others so they don't make the same mistake. They rope you in under the guise of " mentorship," but if you want to leave before your contract is up, they demand you recoup them the costs of mentoring you, at an insane buy-out price that nobody can afford. They graduate you from the mentor program with very little guidance. Bringing up issues with staffing/BT's gets you nowhere, so your complaints hit a wall while they pile on more cases and have high turnover. Like, every couple of weeks.
