1. The job is admin, not marketing, good luck finding a job somewhere else afterwards in marketing if you are not learning and practicing in free time (or have previous experience) 2. Management cares about the results, not people 3. People who care about people are demoted, fired and overworked 4. Being a corporate busy-looking-delegating person is more important and values AND rated in company reviews than doing the work right 5. Growth is almost impossible but that is mainly due to their corporate structure (although they artificially grade people lower so they do not grow professionally because it is not beneficial for them, not just marketing department)
