Expectations aren't clearly laid out, but you're chastised if you aren't coming in early or staying late, regardless of measurable work achievements. Even salaried employees are expected to clock in/out every day. The company puts no effort towards corporate moral either and rarely takes action on employee feedback/complaints. Promotions are exclusively internal, which results in the most senior specialists moving into management, often without any real experience or mgmt training.
