Organizational processes and culture are built on a foundation of transparency so it's easy to see what's going on in the company and where both the bright spots and trouble areas are. Work with new, exciting technology daily - the development team is always on the forefront of web and application development trends. Sterling is a fantastic leader and CEO - he builds the brand, is constantly working on culture and reinvesting in the team's growth, and more importantly he takes feedback constructively and uses that to grow the team and his leadership accordingly. It's a small growing team so there is a ton of opportunity for upward mobility and growth amongst employees - own something and get rewarded for it. This means there's high potential but also high accountability associated with the job.

There are not many downsides - it is still a startup environment and so prospective employees should be ready for that. People who don't do well working on their own, need a lot of direction on process, or aren't ready to grow and learn with the company's growth probably wouldn't be great fits.

Great place to start your career and learn a lot of different skill sets that you never even imagined. Ability to influence and implement processes in the company. Interesting and quirky group to work with.
