Pluspunten
Good pay, steady work, and generally good employees.
Minpunten
Mandatory overtime. Getting time off for even a doctor's appointment is a hassle. Waste more time with constantly updating a timesheet throughout your shift, detailing everything you're doing, even though you punch in/out (even for lunch) with a computerized time clock, even though you use a handheld scanner that tracks everything you do and when. In addition, you also have to mark a sheet at the door where you come in. Also, they have these idealistic (NOT realistic) flat rates of how much you should be doing per hour, regardless of the size or weight of the items you're working with, and of course when (not if) you fail to reach these goals, you'll hear about it from management. Employees can't even use the nearest door to the parking lot and instead have to walk half the length of the warehouse just to get in (which happens to be right next to where management's offices are). The nonsense is endless and every week management comes up with some other hoop to jump through. It's no wonder their turnover ratio is 60%!
