Pluspunten
- Work in SLO - Casual environment - Absolutely nothing else
Minpunten
- No raises and below market compensation. I left in 2012 and came back in 2014 to the same job and started at 20% less than the day I walked in in 2009. - Transition and merger to Kibo lacked any real information. They were posting employment ads for our cheaper, less experienced replacements all while telling us our jobs were fine. - Ruthless mass firings with absolutely no compassion (the biggest one done a week before Christmas). - No rhyme or reason to the firings. Extremely valuable people were let go over useless bottom feeders. - Management completely out of touch. They have no interest in actually growing a company - just flip it and sell it off before you kill it. - Worthless benefits. I'm sure you could get better at Burger King. - You spend more time navigating red tape than doing your actual job. - Unprofessional HR that does not have the adequate knowledge of labor laws or paid leave. Often abuses the loop hole of "temporary employee" status and leaves people working below their less qualified and less experienced peers with no benefits for a year or more at a time and try to pretend it's a temporary position. - Promotion is based entirely on who your drinking buddy is outside of work. - Unsafe parking. - If Vista acquires your company, polish that resume and bolt as fast as you can. Your days are numbered and they slash and burn and then pass any remnants of the company off to the next.
