The salary at the company is very low, especially for freshers. I joined after completing training at UpCode Software Labs, which is a part of Kiebot, with the expectation of a high-paying IT job. However, after 3 months of on-the-job training without any salary or stipend, I waited for a permanent role. Eventually, I was selected for a permanent position, but the salary was still much lower compared to other companies in the market. One thing that kept me from leaving was that if I resigned before completing one year, I wouldn’t receive an experience certificate, which made it harder to move on. Despite the low salary, I stayed because finding a first job is tough, and the experience was valuable for my career

Initially I felt the work culture was fine

But after 2 three months noticed that the management have a very toxic trait. They provide a silent treatment and when they do this please understand this is what they do to make you resign or before they fire you. They find a replacement at your own location and all your tasks would be assigned to the new hire. No job hikes, no appraisal discussions, no appreciation for the work done, indirect compulsion in many matters, lack of professional behaviour from certain higher management. They seem to favour only few staff ( Later came to know that most of the staff are related to each other).
