      Keeping all stakeholders happy may be challenging but not impossible. The time difference between consultants and client managers may be demanding at first, but there are no significant cons. You must be very proactive and independent, which may not be appealing to everyone.

      International company with Global perspective. Out of the box thinking. Utilizes a very personal approach to obtain qualified candidates. Very Respectful of both client and candidate needs and privacy. CEO is approachable and listens to ideas that may benefit the company.

      Minpunten

      Small boutique style company, which is also its the reason why its appealing to work for. I guess there are not many cons.

      Truly International, Strong Team Spirit and space to be entrepreneurial. Independence and responsibility are highly important, as well as being able to manage all the cultural differences. The group has 60+ employees and 18 different nationalities.

      Minpunten

      Independence and Autonomy are not always easy to deal with - Work is very challenging and international assignments are very tough...pleasing the internal and externals clients is truly a major challenge!
