The hiring process was one of the best I've encountered in Mexico - super efficient, respectful, and well-organized. Compensation is competitive, and the company provides excellent IT equipment and all the essentials needed to perform well in a remote environment. One of the things I appreciate most is the company’s transparency. Policies and expectations are clearly communicated, which creates a sense of trust and clarity. My role is fully remote, and I’ve had a great experience with the flexibility and support provided. I’ve seen mixed reviews regarding hybrid roles, but I can’t speak to that personally.
