Remote position (literally a "bring your dog to work day" every day!), top notch support and training, the people are amazing, base pay is incredible and the commission structure is fantastic, opportunity for advancement, ZERO micro management, unlimited PTO, the benefits are AMAZING, the work itself is fulfilling and rewarding.

I really can't think of anything negative to say. The only con would be sometimes I think it's too good to be true!

Knock really has all the pros you look for in a company: great culture, amazing benefits, team culture, work-from-home, flexibility, base pay with strong bonus structure, fun company events. The role-specific pros would be that there is a great support system in place where you have guidance and fast access to others on the team for questions without feeling micromanaged. Knock has a really great program that is easy to learn and articulate to our partners and, with so many benefits, it is an easy sell.

These could be pros or cons depending on what you are looking for but it is a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing. Sometimes changes are rolled out prematurely. But almost all of the changes are very positive and our partners love the updates and in turn we succeed more as AEs.
