7yWe have changed our health insurance so we cover the employee and this year we are going to have even more exciting news on that front. Also, we have 401K matching and are adding even more benefits to this plan.

not many pros left with the current leadership and direction, but it's still a good place to work to learn about the industry and gain skills

executive leadership and the equity ownership have taken this company to the gutter sadly, there isn't any culture left and the product keeps getting worse with only more hype about how they're on top of the AI revolution. Almost all the leaders and thinkers who made KnowBe4 great have left or were pushed out, which is normal with a CEO change but the folks taking on "change management" are clueless about the business and about the teams they're in charge of. The product needs to regain it's quality and customer friendly design, right now it's losing out to smaller vendors and issues are continually overlooked.
