Literally nothing positive. This is worst company I have worked in my entire career. Don't ruin your career by joining this company. They are going to shut down in 2 years. They have stopped taking new projects and are cutting down roles in India.
Minpunten
They follow unfair labour practices. They must be reported to labour department. They fire employees without giving any reason. They make employees work for long hours. Highly political environment. Leadership is surviving by bootlicking their US managers, they are not competent. HR is worst and they have no clue on what is happening and what is the future of company. Employees are living in fear that they can lose their job any day. Strong insider news is that India office will be shut down in next 1-2 years.
