Pluspunten
I have been blessed to have wonderful leaders who have created an environment where I feel no boundaries in raising questions, seeking guidance or reassurance in some cases. My manager has helped me identify areas I may need some additional learning, and either guiding me to seek that out or helping me get connected. There is a genuine interest in my well being. I have never been made to feel like a number and I always feel like my voice is heard and even challenged to think out-of -the -box more.

Just like many large organizations, we have a lot of moving parts and change is a daily occurrence. We have to help our leaders get better at driving that change and managing it so we have the best possible experience possible. We do this well, but we could be great at it!
