Pluspunten
I have worked several years for Kohl's and have definitely had ups and downs. I believe the pro side of this company is that they are very flexible with scheduling you around family and family events. I have had only a couple of times in 18 years where there was an issue and then it ended up being an oversight.
Minpunten
Communication, Comunication, COMMUNICATION. I have seen many managers come and go in 18 years and this same problem still exists! The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Softline managerment does not communicate with Hardlines and vise versa. Then throw the store manager in the mix and you have a train wreck! Management has a hard time listening to long term employees who have tons of experience. We have many employees who have been with the company for 10+ years, but management turns a deaf ear to ideas to help the store run a little smoother.
