Absolutely none. It was very enjoyable when Dr Kramer owned the majority stake in North America and could protect us. Almost all of those wonderful, lifelong employees are LONG GONE. 🚩🚩🚩
The new leadership leads like an amateur hour and they have so much braggadocio they think they know the number 1 global market and they firmly do not. They are very antagonistic to work with and create a toxic environment. Life is short - there is no amount of money worth it to work there. On the flip side, they are cheap and stingy so you won’t be offered great pay anyway.

Too many to list. If you don’t care about where you work, how they are perceived, how they treat their employees, distributors and clients, you will be fine. Otherwise, cancel the interview and run for the exit.
