None that I can think of now that they have drastically shifted their position on pharmacy from being clinical service oriented to just go go go.

Who doesn't want to only be guaranteed 32 hours a week as a pharmacist and to have unreasonable expectations with less. They Treat employees as disposable commodities. Anyone who can leave is leaving or has already left.

October-January the workload and store environment is overwhelming due to holidays Slowest time of year in the store is during the summer when its hot and days drag ob forever Lack of communication between dept as well as between store management MOD adds insurmountable tasks onto your already lengthy expected daily task assignments
