Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote with close week (1 week/month) fully remote) Flex Time. Laid back atmosphere. Many opportunities for career advancement. College reimbursements.

      Overworked staff. Poorly performing employees are very rarely fired/reprimanded. Pay for your own equipment. Salaries do not increase at the same rate their merchandise does. Poor work/life balance within certain departments.

      October-January the workload and store environment is overwhelming due to holidays Slowest time of year in the store is during the summer when its hot and days drag ob forever Lack of communication between dept as well as between store management MOD adds insurmountable tasks onto your already lengthy expected daily task assignments
